What is the Braselton LifePath?
The Braselton LifePath provides urban connectivity in a suburban setting by linking residential, retail and offices via alternative modes of transportation along a 10ft. wide concrete pathway.

The LifePath connects The Village at Deaton Creek and the Northeast Georgia Medical Center to Chateau Elan, Mulberry Walk and the Town of Braselton Mulberry River Walk and was funded by the Braselton Community Improvement District (CID) in partnership with the Town of Braselton, Gwinnett County and the Georgia Department of Transportation.

What is the Braselton CID?
The CID is a unique public-private partnership created to provide improvements within a defined area, or district, for the purpose of promoting commercial businesses, providing amenities and facilities to area residents and business owners and creating economic development within the district. The funding was provided through a self imposed property tax.

NOTICE OF TOWN OF BRASELTON COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the TOWN OF BRASELTON COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ACT (2007 GA H.B. 315) (the “Act”) that a Caucus of Electors of the Town of Braselton Community Improvement District (CID) shall be held on April 11, 2024, at 3740 Village Way, Braselton, GA 30517. The purpose of the Caucus is to elect Board members to Posts 1 & 3 on the Town of Braselton CID Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 4:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Voting will occur immediately thereafter. A map of said District is on file with the Town of Braselton Clerk. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
